Returns & Refunds

Every SOMMOS piece is generated from your birth data and drawn for you
alone. It cannot be resold, reassigned, or returned to inventory,
because no inventory exists. For that reason we do not accept returns
or exchanges for change of mind.

Before your piece goes on the plotter, you can cancel for any reason
and receive a full refund. Just email us. Most orders can be
cancelled within 48 hours of placing them.

We replace, at no cost to you, any piece that arrives damaged,
arrives with a production defect, or is lost in transit. Email us
within 14 days of delivery with a photograph. We do not ask you to
ship anything back — we simply make you a new one.

If your birth data was entered incorrectly, email us before
production begins and we will correct it at no charge. If production
has already started, we will remake your piece once at 50% of the
original price.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within one billing
cycle. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund.
