Shipping policy

Shipping & Production Timeline

Every SOMMOS piece is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed, pre-drawn,
or held in inventory — your piece does not exist until you order it.

Your order is complete when we have your full birth data. If your
date, time or place of birth is missing or unclear, we will email you,
and your production window begins once you reply.

Production: 10 to 15 business days.
Your reading is written and reviewed first. Only once it is finalized
does your piece go on the plotter, where it is drawn line by line in a
single continuous session. Every piece is inspected by hand before it
is rolled.

Transit: 3 to 6 business days via international express courier,
with tracking.

Total: approximately 3 to 4 weeks from order to delivery.

If your piece will take longer than the timeline above, we will email
you before the original date passes with a revised shipping date and
the option to cancel your order for a full refund, no questions asked.

All duties, tariffs and import fees are paid by SOMMOS. You will never
be asked for a payment at delivery.

We ship to all 50 United States. We do not currently offer expedited
production or expedited shipping, the timeline is the process.
